THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE SALE OF ALL PRODUCTS ("PRODUCTS") BY RHOUSE2YOURS.COM (RH2Y) AND ITS DIVISIONS AND SUBSIDIARIES ("SELLER") AND APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CONFLICTING, CONTRARY OR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ANY PURCHASE OR OTHER DOCUMENT OR COMMUNICATION FROM BUYER. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY ONLY BE WAIVED OR MODIFIED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SELLER. NEITHER SELLER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AN ORDER NOR SELLER'S FAILURE TO OBJECT TO CONFLICTING, CONTRARY OR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN AN ORDER SHALL BE DEEMED AN ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR A WAIVER OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF.

All of our transactions are processed and shipped within 72 hours unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you have any problems with your transaction, please contact us so that we may try to assist you in any way possible.
ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Rhouse2Yours.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rhouse2Yours.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge or issue a check for the amount of the charge and send it via postal mail within 30 days. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. While Rhouse2Yours.com takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services provided, please refer to the originator of information for details, for example the manufacturer for complete product details.
QUANTITIES MAY BE LIMITED
Rhouse2Yours.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per company, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Rhouse2Yours.com account, credit card, and also orders which use the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
DELIVERY AND TITLE
All shipments by Seller are F.O.B. point of origin and all transportation charges shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the price of the Products. Subject to Seller's right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier shall constitute delivery to Buyer and title and risk of loss shall thereupon pass to Buyer. Selection of the carrier and delivery route shall be made by Seller unless specified by Buyer. Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only and that Seller is not liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Seller reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delivery of a quantity which varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve Buyer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered. Delay in delivery of one installment shall not entitle Buyer to cancel other installments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Custom Items (such as gift baskets) are Non Refundable.
